Hi, I’m Norman! I`m a founder of a startup company in Singapore. I have a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the National University of Singapore, and an MSc/BSc. Hons. in Biology from the University of Toronto. When I was in highschool I went through the IB program and the IGCSE program – Always been a high-flyer in school!

Experience: Previously, I’ve had some years of teaching and tutoring experience. I tutored Biology, Chemistry and History to 10+ students (Secondary to University level), both in Singapore and abroad. I hope that I can offer my services to help you out! Many students that I tutor usually start off with grades in the B/C range. After a whole course of tutoring, I was able to push their grades up to an A for most of them. I have my own method that I’ve developed over my time as a tutor and university teaching assistant. I don’t make notes for the students – I help them to make their own notes, and develop their own method of learning that suits them best.

I hope to impart my knowledge and experience, both as a biologist and a company founder, to help students do well in school and also their future careers. I`m hoping to be more than just a tutor - rather as a career mentor as well.
