Hello Parents,
My name is , I`m 18, and currently in a gap year before I go and study Civil Engineering next year at university. I believe in making learning fun and accessible for children, understanding and tailoring learning experiences for each student. Having been in school myself no longer than a few months ago, I understand where there can be shortcomings in classroom learning and where 1:1 learning really shines. I pride myself on teaching with attention to detail, focusing on the needs of the child in the subject area. Having been tutored, and being a tutor throughout my secondary school time has given me insight to what makes a great tutor from both perspectives. I specialise in Physics and Mathematics but also do Chemistry and Biology, up to GCSE level, having got a level 9 in both for GCSE.

Experience: I have worked at a well established tuition centre in Slough where I have observed the business of tutoring from the inside out, adopting and rejecting different systems and teaching techniques so that I can tailor your child`s tuition experience. At this centre, I worked with all children ranging from year 3 to year 9 including 11+ and GCSE preparations.
I have been a tutor within my secondary school (St Bernard`s Catholic Grammar School) tutoring maths to younger students at lunch times.
I helped tutor my brother for his 11+ examinations (who passed)
I have been helping my cousins with year 6 SATs preparation and the second with GCSE Mathematics preparation.
