I work 9 - 5 as an Account Manager for a software company in Manchester, but I am looking to start a PGCE in September and become a maths teacher. I love maths, I also love teaching. I currently do quite a lot of software training in a classroom format, working with users of all different levels of technical capability.

I am 26 years old, smiley, chatty and approachable.

Availability: I am available from 6 pm on weekdays, with the exception of Wednesday evenings.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I studied Mathematics at The University of Sheffield and graduated with a 2:1 in 2014. As a part of my degree I went into a local Sixth Form every week to tutor A Level Maths students in preparation for their exams.

In these revision session/tutoring sessions I would have a group of 3-4 students. I would always invite them to bring homework or questions to the sessions if they needed some help. Nearer exam time, we would go through questions from past exam papers together to familiarise the students with the style and wording of questions and identify parts of the curriculum which required extra revision.
