I am a qualified teacher and Headteacher with a First Class Hons Degrees, MA in Education and 20 years experience of teaching in schools.

Availability: I support pupils before and after school on a daily basis. I can also see pupils on a Sunday afternoon/evening if their weekday commitments make it difficult for a lesson during the week.
Over the last year, I have moved my lessons to online learning with great success. From September I have continued a hybrid model of this to suit each family as many have preferred having lessons in their own home without the travel involved, whilst others gain more from face to face. I work with parents and pupils to find which is best for them.

Experience: I have a calm, positive, reassuring approach to all pupils and have many success stories of pupils increasing in confidence and enjoyment of learning / a subject that they previously struggled with.

I support pupils from Reception to GCSE in English and Maths and 11+ preparation. Over the last 8 years I have had 100% success in Grammar school entrants.

I also offer lessons in piano, clarinet, acoustic guitar, bassoon and music theory.
