I have been teaching and tutoring for 20 years. Originally this was in the creative arts teaching drama, dance, singing and piano in small groups and one to one. I then became an actor. 10 years ago, I began working in schools as a KS1 and KS2 teaching assistant including one to one support and SEN. 5 years ago, I trained as an EFL teacher completing the Trinity Cert TESOL achieving an A grade. I have over 3 years classroom and one to one experience teaching EFL.

As an actor I am very flexible. I adapt my style quite easily according to the student`s needs. I have a huge amount of experience working with children and young people and have taught pupils aged from 3 -20 in a variety of subjects. I have also worked quite extensively with adults and I am comfortable in either setting.

Availability: I am available Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm.
Saturday morning 9 - 1.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: 3 years as a trained EFL teacher working at one of the UK`s top language schools - Kaplan International Languages.
10 years learning support in Primary schools (KS1 and KS2).
