I teach languages one-to-one both online and face to face. I have more experience than most tutors as well as a lot of ideas about language learning.
As well as tutor, I`m also experienced in digital media. I write, I take photos, I produce videos and I record podcasts. I use my media experience in my language teaching.
So far I have produced one online course - Chat Fluently in German in No Time At At and I am planning more. All my students have access to my large archive of materials useful to learners.
A) My MacBook Air is my main piece of equipment, whether I`m doing face to face or online lessons. As I teach, I make lesson notes, which the student can read as we go along. Every student receives a copy of these lesson notes after each lesson. It builds into a record of the work covered and is a valuable revision aid. My longest running student has around 10 years of lesson notes, all in one file!
B) I have built up a large amount of material which I use with my students, as well as the online courses which I am slowly developing. I give my students free access to most of the material I have.
C) I have an innovative approach to language teaching. I find many of the established approaches to language teaching to be ineffective. I have lots of ideas about how to learn languages more effectively and I share them with in lessons, private tuition sessions, podcasts and online courses.
People appreciate my friendly and flexible approach. I love teaching languages, and the time seems to go quickly, students are inspired and enjoy learning.
Availability: I can tutor seven days a week, day or evening, subject to availability and travel time.

Experience: I have many years experience as a full time freelance tutor in German, English as a Foreign Language and French. I`ve worked in Germany, Hong Kong and the Middle East teaching English. I taught MFL and English in FE and MFL in schools. In recent years I`ve taught a very wide range of people in companies, evening classes, one-to-one at home and online.
