I have a passion for languages and enjoy coming up with lessons which specifically meet the needs of the student whatever level they are at. I have been teaching Spanish at Woodbridge School in Suffolk for 20 years and have a focus on getting students to not only engage with the subject but also to excel, over and above their expected level. I am particularly strong at teaching GCSE and A Level Spanish with a focus on the novel and literature side at A Level.

For A Level, I cover all the novels, plays and movies within the curriculum: La casa de Bernarda Alba, Crónica de una muerte anunciada, Como agua para chocolate, Réquiem por un campesino español, La sombra del viento, La casa de los espíritus, Rimas, Las bicicletas son para el verano, El otro árbol de Guernica, El coronel no tiene quien le escriba, El laberinto del fauno, Ocho apellidos vascos, María, llena eres de gracia, Volver, Abel, Las 13 rosas, La lengua de las mariposas and any others on the curriculum.

Availability: Evenings, weekends, school holidays.
