Hi, I have been teaching for over 20 years and absolutely love it. I`ve taught in both the primary and secondary sector. My main experience is secondary, where I currently teach in a local grammar school. I take pride in developing good relationships with my students. Understanding what teaching style suits, and adapting my approach accordingly is key. I appreciate that all children are different and one size doesn`t fit all. Maths isn`t always everyone`s strength. I will work with you to ensure you come away loving the subject and have the tools and strategies to be more confident at it too. I will provide resources and model answers to tackle problems. What you want from each session is important. You may want to revise a particular topic you are struggling with, or you may want to cover a topic ahead of going through it at school. Whatever your academic need, I can help. I am also happy to help prepare for school tests and build revision timetables to aid organisation. Overall, my priority is you, and how I can support your learning and understanding of maths. I will make it l my goalie to encourage you to be the best you can be.

Availability: I am available most evenings after 4pm and weekends.

Experience: I am an experienced secondary and primary school teacher. With over 20 years teaching experience, I currently teach Maths and Computing at a local Grammar School.

My expertise lie with both Computing and ICT up to GCSE. In addition, I have taught both primary and secondary Maths. Teaching from KS1 up to GCSE. This also includes Edexcel Entry Level Certificate and Edexcel Level 1. I also have tutored for the 11+.

I have also taught adult groups skills within ICT.
