Laura

I am a reliable qualified Primary Teacher B.Ed (Hons) QTS. I have 20 years experience working in schools across Salford, Wigan and Bolton. If your child needs some help with their learning I can support and help them progress with Maths, English and Phonics. I can teach Nursery to Year 6. I love helping children reach their potential. I am very patient and encouraging, particularly with children who are struggling with their learning. Once a child can develop in their confidence they will make huge progress. Every child is different and I can plan sessions to meet the needs of your child. I live in Westhoughton.

Availability: Currently, I offer online tuition via Zoom or the Tutor Hunt Whiteboard if preferred. This can be during weekdays, evenings and the weekend.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I have had a lot of experience of teaching 1:1 tuition in the schools that I have worked at. I currently tutor children in schools on the National Tutoring Programme. (NTP). This is for children who require catch up sessions due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. I have also had success in helping children reach their full potential with their SATs exams.
