Proficient in Classroom Management and Teaching techniques, passionate and motivated with a drive for excellence, Ritu started with her own children who are presently in Year 12 and Year 6 and then progressed to become a Kumon teacher for a couple of years teaching all levels and grades of students. Simultaneously she got involved with private tutoring for Maths initially to a couple of friends` children and later on a professional basis as well. Presently Ritu is working as a full time Secondary Maths teacher in a state school in High Wycombe and teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths.
