CURRENT OFFER: £35/hr for all GCSE subjects (£25/h for Primary and KS3)
Postdoctorate with a PhD in Genetics (molecular evolution) and BSc in Medical Genetics (University of Leicester). I teach up to undergraduate level including mature students, and willing to travel up to 8 miles. I have taught secondary school teachers through outreach programmes both within the university and in schools, helping to bring real life science to the classroom. My goal is deliver professional, personalised tuition to help tutees build confidence and fulfil their potential.
Subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths. Also offer practical assistance with statistics and programming.
I prefer to travel to you. First session is free. During this session, targets and specification, use of resources and study techniques can be discussed.
Availability: Weekdays after 4.30.
Willing to travel: 8 miles
Experience: 3 years previous tutoring experience.
Taught and supervised both undergraduate and master’s students. Taught secondary school pupils and teachers (outreach).
