Hello,

I am an extremely experienced secondary English teacher. I currently teach at a school in Bournemouth teaching years 7 up to 11.

I enjoy working with students of all abilities - those aiming for grades 4 or 9s in language and/or literature. I currently teach AQA literature and language and have experience of teaching other exam boards.

As well as this, I enjoy working with younger students looking to improve their reading, writing, and/or grammar.

My sessions involve helping build students` confidence, exploring high scoring exam answers, and breaking down exam texts for my students.

I am avaliable to work over the summer holidays if needed, to work during the week during evenings, and the weekend - please do get in touch if you have any further questions.

Availability: I am free most evenings and weekends for 2-3 slots at a time. If needed, I am happy to work with students two to three times a week.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I am a full time secondary teacher and currently Head of KS3 at two large secondary schools.

I have privately tutored for a number of years now.
