20 years teaching experience in Private and state schools; English/Maths/Esol. Prepare students for their 11 plus. Experience with KS1 &KS2; KS3. Currently Writing Educational resources, Exam marker, and teacher as well as Coordinator for KS2 English; have run reading scheme, breakfast club for Pupil Premium, Lesson observations always good/outstanding; Mentor to NQT and Teach First trainee; 15 years tutoring students on a 1-1 basis. Ofsted commended me for behaviour management and more able; led various staff INSETs (reading recovery, SEN, working with families etc.); Use data effectively for own class (good progress measures); An outstanding portfolio in Arts and Crafts. Have led Faculty successfully through syllabus changes at GCSE in English and Maths 2017 GCSE results show significant pupil progress; I also have 16 years experience teaching Adults English language.
