I completed my PhD in Developmental Neurobiology at University College London, following a Master’s in Gene and Cell Therapy and an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience. Alongside my academic background, I am a fully qualified teacher with extensive classroom and leadership experience, enabling me to combine deep subject knowledge with proven pedagogical expertise.

With nearly 10 years of tutoring experience, I have successfully supported students across all stages of education, from KS3 through to university level. I specialise in Biology, Chemistry and Physics while also confidently teaching Mathematics h up to GCSE level.

In my role as a classroom teacher and subject leader, I have consistently delivered excellent outcomes, driving student progress and attainment across all key stages. This experience is complemented by my extensive tutoring background, where I have worked with students from KS1 through to university level, tailoring my approach to suit each individual’s needs and goals.

I have a strong track record of helping students make significant and measurable progress. Many of my students have improved by multiple grades—for example, moving from a Grade 4 to a Grade 9 at GCSE, or from a B to an A/A* at A-Level. I have also supported students in securing places at competitive schools through 11+ preparation, as well as successful applications to top university courses, including Medicine and Dentistry.

My teaching is highly structured, engaging, and results-driven. In online lessons, I use interactive tools, exam-style questions, and live modelling to ensure students are actively involved and developing strong exam technique. I combine this with regular assessment, detailed feedback, and targeted independent work to maximise progress between sessions.
