Rob is very engaging and my son took an instant liking to him. My son is not blessed with confidence, but Rob has a gentle and undemanding style which really brings my son out of his shell. I can hear him confidently talking to Rob on the zoom sessions. I feel he is making great progress as a consequence of his sessions with Rob.
