I`m a friendly, patient, and passionate tutor. Physics and maths are my passions, but I discovered through volunteering that teaching is what I want to do.

I attained my GCSEs with a perfect score in maths (240/240), and grades 9 in maths and physics respectively. I attained A*A*A*A in my A-levels of maths, further maths, and physics, and I attended Imperial College London for 3 years, getting a 1st for my dissertation in invisibility, and achieving a 1st in Quantum Mechanics. I have spent the time since teaching English and volunteering to tutor disadvantaged schoolchildren maths and physics. In my free time, I read, bake, study physics, and play video games, as well as tend to various volunteering commitments.

Availability: I am available after school on Mondays, and from 6pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
On Saturdays I`m available from 4pm.

If given enough notice, I can be available at other, more convenient times.

Experience: I have 1700 hours of experience teaching English as a foreign language online. I have 100 hours of experience tutoring maths and physics in both paid and voluntary capacities to students of varying abilities.

One of my students started with essentially no subject knowledge, struggling to multiply by ten and remember the difference between multiplication and addition. In the four months I`ve been seeing him, he has improved dramatically, being able to rearrange equations, work with ratios and statistics, and his mental maths is significantly better.

I have learned to work at the student`s pace, pushing them and challenging them while allowing them to see their progress by reviewing old content in future sessions.
