As a tutor I`m patient and keen to support my students with methods that work for them. My teaching methods are based on encouraging learners to think critically and independently whilst relating what they`re learning to popular culture, what`s in the news or their own interests and prior knowledge.

Experience: Since graduating with a First class B.A. Hons in Philosophy I have been teaching in various roles including A Level Philosophy and English Language in sixth form colleges for 4 years. I teach the AQA specification for Philosophy and will be an AQA examiner this year. My EFL experience includes teaching in China, Belgium and France from kindergarten through to secondary age and adults.
