I am a very enthusiastic woman who enjoys seeing children and young people grow in understanding and hence enthusiasm for a subject.
I have a degree in engineering and a PhD but I also have worked with children for some years in other contexts.
Availability: I only have availability on week days.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I have provided private tuition in Maths, Science and other subjects up to GCSE over some years. I really enjoy teaching and taking the time to explain and re-explain a topic that a student is struggling with. I am creative and able to think up new ways of expressing different concepts.
