I am a teacher at a Korean Saturday School in London since 2013. I`ve taught many students aged 2 to 16 years old, including 2 adults, as a private tutor. I can communicate with all levels of age groups and teach them Korean, tailoring to their levels and goals, using my knowledge and work experiences in many fields in Korea. I enjoy teaching Korean using various skills and tools.

Availability: The Lessons:
• to be taught with textbooks newly published in Korea
• to utilize various methods such as media clips, news articles, pictures, puzzles etc. to improve your Korean
• in which students are to be driven to participate and practise from day 1
• consist of 1 hour teaching and uploading homework and self-learning materials to review in Google drive
• include specific cultural lessons such as traditional crafts, songs, dance and cooking upon request

Skills / Qualifications:
• Enthusiastic about teaching and care for the students` needs and goals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with people at levels
• Good knowledge and experience working in education sector teaching children between 2 – 16 yr old kids and adults
• Responsible, mature and able to deal with queries and difficult situations professionally
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a professional service to high standards
• Ability to handle various computer programs such as Microsoft office, Photoshop, Zoom, etc.

Experience: • Korean Language Teacher : North London Korean School (Sep. 2013-present)
Teaching junior highs to enhance Korean language proficiency and broaden knowledge of Korean history and culture (11 students as of Oct.2023).

• Korean Language Tutor (Mar. 2015-present)
Have been teaching many Korean and non-Korean children and adults by various tools and activities, including those of a Korean mother/Foreign father (between 2 yrs old – 16 yrs old and adults).
