As a qualified maths teacher, I am a keen individual who enjoys personalising the learning experience for each and every pupil. I appreciate that all students don`t learn the same and it`s important to adapt the learning approach for each and every pupil.

Given the recent restrictions imposed by the government, online tutoring is preferable

⭐; I am experienced in teaching KS3, GCSE and A-level (including Further) Mathematics
⭐; For GCSE and A-level, I will tailor the learning and exam practice to meet the pupil`s exam boards
⭐; Exam practice should be more than just doing examinable questions, I will ensure that pupils understand how exams are marked, understanding mark schemes and how to effectively answer questions.
⭐; Former examiner of GCSE and A-level mathematics papers for Edexcel
⭐; I will work to build confidence in the pupil`s mathematical ability
⭐; I can adapt the learning and teaching methods for pupils who have learning difficulties.
⭐; I will also set high expectations for the pupils and ensure they effectively work towards these expectations.
⭐; My tutoring sessions are planned! I pride myself in my organisation both before and after the tutoring session. I will individualise the tutoring session for each child.

Availability: Online availability daily. Weekday evenings only and weekend availability is flexible.

Experience: I am a fully qualified secondary school teacher who holds qualified teacher status and an enhanced CRB check.

I have completed a mathematics degree, PGCE and an MSc in Statistics.

I have taught from KS3 to A - level.
