An enthusiastic and research-oriented doctoral student in Nuclear Instrumentation based at the Centre for Nuclear and
Radiation Physics at the University of Surrey, Guildford. Current research interests lie in radiation detector design,
fabrication and development, characterization, defect analysis, performance optimisation and device engineering. Very
strong quantitative and analytical skills and committed to the positive impact that research can have on policy, practice
and academia. Over six years’ experience spanning detector Instrumentation and optimization, performance of
spectroradiometers and optimisation, project planning and management and academic study/research in a multidisciplinary
environment. Seeking a career in a cutting-edge, high-paced multi-disciplinary environment committed to
international-level standard of research and development.
