I am a fully qualified and experienced native teacher.
I teach all ages.
Working in a number of local schools, I am experienced in providing tailored fun French lessons that will encourage your child and build up their self-confidence. My most recent teaching experience was in an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school where I taught French and worked with SEND students on developing literacy skills.
I am also experienced in exam preparation, GCSE, A-level and beyond. I am flexible and open to discussion to find what suits you and your child best.

Experience: I have been a teacher/tutor for several years now, working with children as young as 8 months old, all the way to university!
I have been a private tutor, a class teacher, a university lecturer, and in charge of after-work classes for adults.
I am trained and qualified to teach at all and any level, and have been helping children and teenagers prepare for exams all the way to A-level.

Marion has been tutoring my daughter for A level French and has been excellent. She has thoroughly investigated details of the syllabus (a particularly strange syllabus including much cultural and socio-political information) and has targeted her input to help my daughter in her weakest areas. Marion is friendly and puts my daughter at ease. She is knowledgeable and being a natural French-speaker has really improved my daughter’s spoken French. She is reliable, punctual and has been very flexible in fitting in with my daughter’s timetable. My daughter has really enjoyed their sessions together.

Marion was an absolutely excellent communicator from the start, and the lessons have been very well prepared, focussed, helpful and enjoyable.

My husband and I are now on our second lesson with Marion and we`re really enjoying learning French with her. Marion made us feel very relaxed and comfortable straightaway. She spent a lot of time finding out what we want from our lessons and has an effective method of teaching. We`re delighted we found her!
