Robert

Fully qualified and highly experienced teacher of GCSE maths offering private maths tuition in the Walsall, Brownhills and Cannock areas.
Whether you are an adult returning to education to gain a maths qualification or a parent looking to boost your child`s attainment and confidence in maths, I can probably help. I am a specialist GCSE maths teacher with a successful history of teaching and tutoring learners of all ability levels aged from 13 through to adults.
Trying to get that all important grade 4/5 or pushing for a grade 9, I understand the requirements of what you are aiming for and have tutored people in a similar position.
I work as a part-time lecturer of GCSE maths in a large further education college where I teach mostly 16-18 year old learners but also adults. I also do part-time private tutoring of 13-16 year old learners preparing for GCSE and functional skills maths exams.
In 2018 I became an examiner with two of the main awarding bodies. Marking exam papers helps me tutor students in what exam questions really mean, and how to answer them effectively.
