Information about Michelle
I have been a teacher of economics and business for 25 years in both the state and private sector. I have a BA Hons degree in Economics and Business and a Secondary PGCE certificate. I was Head of Department for 12 years and as such have supported students to enable them to access degree courses at Oxford and Cambridge. I have examined for both the Edexcel and the AQA exam boards at both GCSE and A level. I have also been a private tutor for 8 years working one to one with individuals wishing to improve their A level grades. I can offer both face to face and Skype lessons. My experience enables me to identify individual learner needs whether that be subject content or exam structure.
Availability: Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm

Michelle has strong knowledge of her subject and is very effective in imparting that knowledge to her pupil. She helped our son overcome knowledge gaps and gave him confidence for exams.

Michelle has been tutoring my daughter A`level Economics for 8 months. She is amazing and always goes the extra mile in terms of availability and marking/giving feedback outside the lesson. I cannot recommend her highly enough, not can my daughter who thinks she is the best teacher she has had.
