I`m Kieran, an experienced maths and sciences tutor with a 100% success rate in helping students achieve their goals. I am friendly, approachable and keen to help anyone at any level, aiming for any grade. My lessons are student led and structured around the learning method that suits you best.

With hundreds of hours of experience, I have worked closely with and helped many students with teaching, revision, and with developing structured and tailored learning and study plans. This, integrated with regularly asking for student feedback, means I am both experienced and comfortable with working with an array of different students and situations. I have helped many students develop confidence in the past, prepare for exam technique, and aim for top grades.

I`m excellent at explaining how things work in a simpler, step-wise way, and decomposing concepts into simpler chunks. This is important when trying to understand the fundamentals of a topic. Beyond this, I prefer to structure teaching and terminology around exam questions and their preferred vocabulary; this is imperative to exam technique.

All of my students improve their confidence, exam technique and depth of understanding in our lessons, all of which are hugely important when studying post-16 subjects. Please feel free to make an enquiry if you have any questions or would like to book.

I`m currently an Undergraduate Medicine student at the University of Sheffield.

Availability: Weekday evenings and weekends. For weekly, repeat bookings, I prefer Wednesday evenings or Sundays.

Experience: Hundreds of hours of online and in-person tutoring experience, working with GCSE, AS-Level and A-Level students of all abilities, with great feedback from all.
I achieved excellent results in A-Level Mathematics, scoring 96% on two of the papers, as well as achieving 3 A*s in my other subjects, proving my tightly-knit knowledge of exam-technique.
Teaching and subsequent feedback is also a fundamental component of my degree; I teach in a variety of different contexts almost daily.
