I am a specialist GCSE Modern Greek tutor with over 13 years’ experience, and I am proud to have guided many students to top results, including Grade 9s.
I design lessons that build confidence in reading, writing, and speaking Greek, while also giving students an appreciation for Greek culture and language in context. Every lesson is tailored to the individual learner’s strengths, needs, and exam goals.
Alongside Modern Greek, I also tutor English and Film Studies at GCSE level. With two Master’s degrees (Queen Mary University and the University of Roehampton), I bring both academic expertise and a creative, engaging approach to help students reach their full potential.

Experience: As a former classroom teacher, I created Schemes of Work and Curriculum Maps to promote consistent pupil progress. This experience, combined with 13 years of one-to-one tutoring, has given me the ability to tailor lessons precisely to each student.
My proven track record in GCSE Modern Greek includes helping students achieve top grades (including Grade 9s) and developing confidence in all areas of the language — from grammar and vocabulary to conversation and essay writing.
I also tutor English and Film Studies, where I draw on my academic background to sharpen students’ creativity, critical thinking, and exam technique.
