I am a recent graduate from the University of Kent. I graduated from the University with a 2.1 in History and have recently relocated back to the area. I am taking a gap year this year and in September 2017 I hope to start a PGCE which will qualify me to teach primary school children and to teach History to secondary school students. I am passionate about helping children learn and it is something that I really enjoy doing. I have experience in giving GCSE students guidance and mentoring. I believe it is vital to really engage students in the subjects and that is something I am to do in all tutoring sessions.

Experience: - 3 weeks classroom experience working with History teachers at secondary school level.
- 1 week classroom experience in a local primary school
- 1 year and a half as an outreach ambassador working with primary and secondary schools
- Working as a GCSE History mentor in two local schools
