Jack

Jack has a dual degree, and a PGCE in German. He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business in Europe, and a German Business Degree from the Fachhochschule Bochum, Germany, plus a PGCE from Lancaster Uni (top 10 uni in the UK). 🎓;;;

Jack spent years as a Head of MFL Department in UK Secondary Schools. He has experience with all major exam boards (AQA, Edexcel & EDUQAS) and has taught languages at all levels from Primary to A-Level.

He specialises in teaching students with special needs (ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia). He is a current GCSE Examiner (Writing - Higher paper) and therefore has a nuanced understading of what`s required to "Ace" GCSE German.

To master German you need to learn from the "deutsch meister."

Experience: My name is Jack and I live on Teesside. My passion is languages: I have over 20 years of experience teaching languages.

I have taught in a variety of secondary schools in different settings throughout the UK. I am a previous head of MFL department and I am a current GCSE Examiner for Edexcel German.

I have experiecnce tutoring one-to-one online and in person and in tutoring bigger classes. I have taught German up to A-Level, and French to KS3 however I specialise in the preparation for the German GCSE Exam.
