With a PGCE from Exeter University and 10 years experience of teaching in UK schools, I am a very reliable professional who can be trusted to deliver excellent lessons where the learner is put at the centre.
I am a kind, relaxed person with an upbeat energy and I always ensure my sessions are lively, interactive and full of interesting tasks which help the learner achieve their full potential.

Experience: Having taught across the age ability range in schools, I understand the importance of recognising every student’s uniqueness; it’s so important that we learn in the style we feel best suited so that when it comes to tests and exams we can retain and recall information easily.
I love grammar! Not everyone can say that but I really do have an enthusiasm for sentence structure, apostrophes and making sure commas are in the right place!! Don’t worry - I make it all fun to learn about and won’t bore students with tedious grammar exercises. Basically my intention is that students come to love grammar just as much as me. It is the bedrock for language learning after all.
I`m a performer on TV, film and stage when I`m not teaching so I can offer drama, scri pt and improv lessons to build confidence for GCSE and A level drama or get stduents ready for drama school auditions.
Literature and the spoken word are also a passion of mine - I narrate audiobooks - and I hope to inspire students to become avid readers and speakers.
