I have a proven track record in being able to engage learners towards progress and understanding through a friendly and personable approach to tutoring.

I will be able to provide evidence of DBS certificate identification and academic certificates at our first point of contact.

Availability: I am able to offer tutoring during early evenings and weekends; I am prepared to be flexible in order to meet the learners needs.

I am also able to support home school learners during the day time.

I am sensitive to the needs of parents and learners during this time of special circumstances and will be happy to support learners to progress whilst away from school.

Experience: I have over 27 years experience of teaching in a 11 to 16 context, 15 years of assistant examiner experience and 6 years experience of working directly for two major examination boards.
I can offer tuition in Key Stage 2 and 3 Maths and Science, GCSE/iGCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics and GCSE/iGCSE Mathematics.
I am able to cater for the needs of learners of a wide range of abilities. Having been responsible for the assessment delivery of GCSE and iGCSE Sciences I am able to provide the learner with a detailed insight into good assessment and examination technique; essential for success.
