I am in my third year of my Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Edinburgh. At school I achieved 6 Highers at grade `A` in Human Biology, Chemistry, Physics, French, Maths and English - and I gained Merit awards in Maths and French. I self studied Higher Physics at school where I had to be creative in my study techniques. I am fluent in English, Punjabi and Urdu, and can fluently read Arabic.

Availability: weekends only (Stirling)

Experience: Tutoring Experience:
While I was at school I taught both on a one-to-one basis and in a class how to read Arabic for 2 years. The age group that I taught to ranged from 5 - 16 years old. Now, at university, I now have been tutoring maths, physics and chemistry for the past year - my true passions - which I love being able to pass on to others. My tutees have consistently achieved their target grades in their exams, which makes my job all the more worthwhile.

Tutoring Approach:
I try to spend time with the student to understand their learning style, their strengths and also the topics that need to be worked on. I am extremely patient and friendly and will explain the concept in a way in which each student will personally understand. I also give feedback to every student which gives the student the foundations to build upon. I am very goal orientated and can construct plans and checklists to exceed expectations. I encourage critical thinking and truly believe that practice is the key to success.
