Information about Andrew

I have over 20 years experience of teaching French and German in Secondary schools in Southern England. I have also taught Adult Education classes in French, German and Italian at the University of Portsmouth.
In addition, I am a qualified NVQ Assessor and Verifier.

I can offer beginners French, German and Italian.
French and German to GCSE and A level.
I am now working as a freelance translator/interpreter/tutor after having gained a Master`s Degree in Translation Studies.
However I still enjoy teaching and to my mind, tutoring in is the best way to teach and pass on my skills to others.

Availability: Evenings and weekends - I can also do daytime as sessions can be fitted in around my translation work.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: 20+ years as a full time langue teacher in a comprehensive school.

I have found my lessons with Andrew thoroughly enjoyable and informative, Andrew has fully engaged with me providing me with an excellent framework to enable me to revisit my schoolboy French, who`d of thought of it that I would be doing homework again at age 60. I would recommend Andrew.
