I am a post-Doctorate biologist with years of experience in leading academic institutions such as Oxford University and King’s College London. I am passionate about teaching and student mentoring. I am constantly striving for excellent educational material, featuring high quality illustrations, as I believe in using the latest technology to facilitate my student’s actual comprehension of the wonderful science that is biology and not merely memorising! At the same time I consider mentoring a calling a great responsibility but highly rewarding.

Availability: Weekdays 6pm-7pm
Saturday 10am-3pm

Experience: Throughout my years as an academic, I have had the opportunity to guide a number of medicine and dentistry undergraduates as well as PhD students through their graduation, motivating them for high performance without undermining the demanding nature of their studies and providing support where needed.
In addition, I have tutored students for preparation for SAT and A-level exams, who achieved their first choice of university.
My experience in academia has provided me with a thorough understanding and appreciation of the student profile that is desirable in leading universities. Finally, as I have extensive experience in writing articles for publication in renowned journals and presenting in international conferences and meetings as well as in multiple interviews, I am able to provide high level coaching for interviews for entry into competitive institutions as well as personal statement coaching.
