Information about James
Hi I am James and I am full time qualified head of maths at a high performing secondary school who has several years experience in teaching mathematics at a secondary level including A-level maths.
I am currently teaching and preparing staff and students students for the new 9 - 1 GCSE and A-level exam specifications.
My approach to maths teaching is to ensure all students can access and achieve the work in front of them.
I do not believe in target grades as with hard work, determination and belief you can achieve any grade possible.
Availability: Evenings and weekends
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: Several years as a maths teacher working with students from year 7 to year 13

My son is very happy with James.He says he feels very at ease with him and he says he makes learning fun. Already says he feels more confident and has a better understanding of his maths - no complaints whatsoever!
