I am over 50 and have about 30 years experience of work as in a class at mainstream school environment, so individually. I can develop Individual plan and facilitate the learner. We can only offer and share knowledge, but it is a learner, who makes it work. I always lead my student to find enjoyment within work and understand it could be a hard labour. Many of my students had passed History A level and GCSE with good rates. It was also pleasant to go with my learners all the way from foundation to the level2 Numeracy and Literacy.All went to colleges and got professional training, some went on to the HE
