I’m an experienced software engineer and a First Class Chemistry graduate who is highly analytical and driven. I am very comfortable teaching a wide age range and have a strong foundation in science and tech areas.

I believe that for someone to have truly understood something they should be able to clearly and simply explain it to others. This is why my method of teaching is based on showing the person how to do something, using aides such as diagrams/videos and analogies then letting them try for themselves and attempt to explain it back to me.

I aim to find weaknesses in a persons knowledge of a subject and concentrate on eliminating these spots rather than going through concepts they already know.

I’m also available to help students with university applications and writing personal statements.

Availability: Mon - Fri: 12pm - 8pm

Sat - Sun: 12pm - 5pm

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I`ve tutored multiple students and groups on the sciences, math, computing ranging from GCSE to Adult level. All of them were satisfied that they had learned the topic and their grades were evidence to this.
