I love the empowerment that education brings to people and the joy of seeing people realise that they can do what they thought they could not.

Experience: I have 12 years recent experience in teaching maths at key stages 3 and 4 ( years 7-11, age 11-16) at a local, well respected, high school. I hold Qualified Teacher Status and have been private tutoring (part time) for 3 years now, mainly focussing on GCSE work and exams, including the new 9-1 curriculum. I have also taught college students and adults at a technical college for 18 months so I have a broad range of experience of learners. I have a background in aeronautical engineering.
