Information about Emdadul

I am a currently a second year medical student studying at the University Of Manchester, gaining entry to all medical schools I applied to.

I achieved A*AA in Maths, Chemistry and Physics at A-Level. In addition, I had self-studied Further Mathematics in second year independently as my sixth form didn`t offer it; achieving a grade A. This had developed me into becoming a very independent learner, where I had to adapt and explore various different resources and reflect upon my own learning techniques and skills to figure out the best way to learn the content. Every student is an individual, and I want to really collaborate with the student on exploring their own learning styles, their individual strengths and what will work best for them, just as I had to uncover myself.

Coming from a state school and a low income household, I had to face certain barriers and obstacles when it came to education and achieving the goals I wanted. Being the first in my family to go to university, medicine was not a career I thought someone like me would be able to pursue. It was only after achieving all A`s for AS did I gain the confidence to go after a career I had never thought possible. This was a pivotal moment in my life, where it wasn`t just about having good grades, but having a different outlook on life and for my own self-esteem. Education had changed my life. I want to inspire others, not matter what their background may be, to believe that they can achieve anything they can set their mind to, and if getting the necessary grades is something that enables them to get one step closer to their goals, then I`d love to be part of that and assist them in that journey.

Having completed my A-Levels not so long ago, I have a very good understanding of what will prepare students the best for their exams: having a solid understanding of the content, good exam techniques and practicing PAST PAPERS, and I will help them master this.

When I graduate from my degree, I will start my long career and strenuous career as a doctor, in which teaching others and working with people is fundamental throughout, and along with my passion for education, what better way to build on this than tutoring students!

I would like to thank you for your time on reading this, and will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
