As part of my degree, I studied the German and Russian languages, as well as the culture, history, literature and politics of those countries. This included a year living and working abroad in Germany, Czech Republic and Russia. Upon graduation, I started my teaching career and pushed through a gruelling PGCE year. Following this, I now work at a leading boys` boarding school as a languages teacher and resident tutor.
