Information about Caroline
Fully qualified teacher and senior examiner. Currently employed teaching A level, IB and GCSE Chemistry at a high performing independent school. I am friendly and approachable with many teaching strategies to overcome difficulties. Chemistry is a challenging subject but success is achievable.
Availability: Availability for summer hols and from Sept.

Experience: I have 16 years experience of teaching Chemistry. I taught OCR B salters and then OCR A when head of Chemistry at a sixth form college. I currently teach AQA gcse and A level and IB higher level. I am very familiar with the nuances of these specifications. I have also worked as a senior examiner for OCR, which gave me valuable insight into common misconceptions and how to overcome them.

Caroline was just what my daughter needed 3 months before her A level chemistry to consolidate and further grasp a few concepts that she was struggling with in the classroom. She has kind, approachable and helped Emma really understand the concepts.
