Information about Stuart
I am a friendly, engaging and personable Maths teacher at a school in Exmouth. I became a Maths teacher in 2014, having worked in a school for Autistic children. Because of this background, I am able to break Mathematical concepts down into digestible pieces, enabling students to realise their potential. I am passionate about Maths, and maintain that everyone can do Maths, they just need to be shown how to in a way that makes sense to them. This is where I am happy to come in.
Availability: I am available for tutoring most evenings from 17:00 until 20:00
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I have worked in a school for children with Asperger`s Syndrome, High Functioning Autism and accompanying conditions. This is where I discovered my potential to teach Maths. I took on some tutoring jobs for students studying A-Levels and this showed me that I should become a fully qualified teacher. I am now teaching in Exmouth.

My daughter was very nervous to meet a new Tutor but after the first lesson she was so relaxed with Stuart and he really does break things down. She now looks forward to her lesson and her grades are going up. Stuarts a great Tutor thanks from all of us

Stuart has been a fantastic tutor for my 16 year old son whose Maths skills improved massively with Stuart`s help. Stuart is calm and patient, knowledgeable, reliable and a downright nice chap!
