I am currently an Assistant Headteacher in charge of the Sixth Form at an outstanding Catholic secondary school in south London. I have over 12 years experience in teaching Sociology and before moving into senior leadership was the Head of department for seven years.
I am an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Sociology tutor and have a record of excellent achievement from my students. Our school pass rate at Sociology A Level is 100% and the number of students achieving A*-A grades is well above the national average.

I am currently offering my expertise by delivering personalised online tuition to help students feel supported, motivated and confident in their subject knowledge and exam application.

I am experienced with the exam board AQA for Sociology and a have full range of resources including model answers and A* exemplars. I have taught students of all abilities, backgrounds and students with special learning needs.
I am also a Designated Safeguarding Lead.

I currently use the online platforms Microsoft Teams and Zoom to tutor.
