Hello there - I am an experienced History teacher of 8 years with an embedded understanding of teaching and learning for the More Able. I have now chosen to focus solely on tutoring.

My specialisms are:

The Vietnam War 1954-1975
Civil Rights Movement 1945-70
Crime and Punishment (over time)
The Cold War 1945-1991
Britain 1890-1918

I have varied experience with exam boards:
Old OCR specification/new Cambridge iGCSE specification
Edexcel 9 - 1 and Edexcel iGCSE 9 - 1

At the start of each academic year, I participate in relevant online CPD courses which are endorsed by the exam boards. As a result, I am up to date with advice and any changes made.

I have published revision resources online which specialise in differentiating for all types of needs. Please rest assured that your child would be catered for individually - to raise their confidence and encourage the best possible performance in the exam.
