Hello my name is Lee and I am 28 years old.
I am an enthusiastic person finished my mathematics degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and finished my PGCE in Secondary Mathematics in June 2016.

My passion in life is to help young people in achieving their full potential in maths.

I am trustworthy, punctual, reliable and hard working.
I offer different tutoring methods to suit each student .
I have had lots of classroom and tutoring experience.
Private Maths tuition is what I enjoy doing. I have been working at a school/college teaching Mathematics full time.

My tutoring charges are as follows:

From 22nd June 2017:

Primary -> £26.00 (Key Stage 2 only)
Key stage 3 -> £28.00
GCSE -> £30.00
A-Level -> £34.00 (Core & Pure modules ideally)

Special offers for 2 hours in a row session

Plus Travel Charge (this is calculated based on number of buses/trains travelled on and I will post this information on the enquiry)
(No travel charge if really close to my location)

On the day Cancellation Charge is now £10.00 (this will increase if it is a last minute cancellation)

CRB/DBS checked at my university Manchester Metropolitan University

Availability: From 10th June 2021:

I will be free to tutor Monday to Friday between 4-8pm. I can offer weekend tuition in emergencies too.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I have had 10 years experience in private tuition (3 years in primary, 4 years in key stage 3, 6 years in GCSE and 2 years A-level) and about 7 months experience in GCSE maths tutoring/mentoring in schools. I have also had 6 months experience in being a Maths teaching assistant.
I have finished my PGCE Secondary Mathematics Course and also had experience of teaching full time at school/college.

I have had nearly three years experience using mathematical packages such as MATLAB and Mathcad. Also I have had many years experience using Microsoft office (word, excel, publisher, PowerPoint and access).
