I am a highly-motivated, well organised and supportive teacher with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all ages. I have been teaching primary and secondary students for the past 4 years and have worked successfully with pupils of different needs and backgrounds.

In my one-to-one lessons I set appropriate tasks to challenge and motivate pupils, encouraging a high level of participation in lessons. I asses, record and report on their development, progress and achievement and always provide them with constructive, positive feedback for improvement of learning. Parental involvement is one of the biggest and most positive factors affecting children`s learning thus I have also established constructive relationships with parents and developed strong parental links.

Experience: I have been teaching primary and secondary students as well as adults subjects including Greek, Ancient Greek, History for 4 years. I have employed teaching techniques to keep student interest levels high and promote active participation during lessons. The use of on going assessment and routine tests have allowed me to track the learners` progress.


Apart from one-to-one teaching, for the past year I have also been teaching both primary and A Level students Greek at St Demetrios Greek School London.
