Hi there! I`m a final year medical student at Leeds. I`m passionate about assisting students in mathematics. I have an A* in maths A-Level, and 4 years of personal tutoring experience. I`m friendly, organised and extremely motivated to give the best teaching to my students.


I used a personal tutor for various studies throughout school myself and have witnessed how a little help can go a very long way. This also made me aware of the importance of working closely to the school curriculum and towards an achievable target.

Availability: I am fully booked at present and not able to take on any more students for the time being.

Experience: My previous tutoring experience has been largely focused around mathematics. Throughout my time at secondary school I was a teaching assistant in mathematics classes for children aged from 11 to 15, including GCSE level. I lead numerous classes and helped children to work through the curriculum on a one-on-one basis. Additionally, during sixth form I tutored 3 students at AS level mathematics.

I am currently studying medicine at the University of Leeds. Being in my final year, we have a responsibility to teach students in earlier years. This includes working through various topics to highlight difficult areas that require focus and find ways of remembering the solutions.

Teaching is an incredibly rewarding experience and I have gained familiarity in different styles. I believe that to get the most out of learning, it is vital that the teaching method suits the individual. Therefore, I am flexible to tailor the sessions around the students’ needs and work alongside them with the most appropriate speed and technique.
