I am a friendly, cheery and approachable person willing to help students of all abilities to fulfil their potential.
I am an experienced home tutor and successful teacher looking to enthuse other students about Geography.
Availability: Evening weekdays and some weekends.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I am currently Head of Geography at a high achieving local secondary school. I am a Specialist Leader in Education (SLE) for Geography to help improve the delivery of Geography in other schools to help raise standards. I am in charge of implementing both the new GCSE and A-Level specification (Edexcel).
I have taught both Edexcel and AQA at GCSE.
I am employed by Edexcel as a GCSE examiner and am therefore very knowledgeable on examination technique.
