I am a qualified A-level teacher, researcher and PhD, with over a decade of teaching and mentoring experience, working one-to-one with students studying arts and humanities.
Availability: I am available on weekday afternoons and evenings.

Experience: I have taught and tutored A-levels for over 10 years, and have worked as an examiner for Edexcel. Just prior to the Covid outbreak, I took a sabbatical to complete a doctorate, then worked as a catch-up tutor, supporting students one-to-one on a range of A-levels, with a particular focus on the Fine Art extended essay and EPQ.
The Fine Art essay is a great opportunity for students to make creative connections in relation to a chosen theme. I have a wide range of interests - in art, psychoanalysis, philosophy, politics, music, and other fields - that I explored in my highly interdisciplinary doctorate. This means that I can help you make creative connections in relation to the topic you`ve chosen and in relation to your own portfolio. Supporting students with their Fine Art essay has been the most enjoyable teaching experience.
