I am a first class Science and Maths specialist with 42 years experience in teaching at all levels, but also with an excellent grasp of all current curricula. I am a friendly family man and very approachable. I enjoy putting something back into the community that raised me, and I like to think I am a thoughtful professional.

In previous roles I have been a professor of science, have communicated science for NASA, the BBC, and the Royal Institution, and still write popular science books for international publishers. My various work experiences helps inform the way I tutor and brings life to the maths and science I teach.

Availability: Available mostly Monday to Friday, 4 till 6 in the evening
