Hi! I`m Yohan, I`m an LSE graduate, I have an MSc in Information Security, and I`m an IT Programme Manager who has delivered corporate IT projects up to £50m in value over the last 15 years.

And I`m also a maths tutor! I`m available on weekdays and weekends.

Availability: I`m available weekdays and weekends. I don`t have the facilities to tutor students where I live, I`ll travel to anywhere within Brighton & Hove.

I take my responsibility as a tutor immensely seriously, and I tailor my approach specifically to the needs of every student.

When we meet for the first time, we`ll discuss the challenges you`re facing, and your exam expectations. I may then give you a short assessment paper to work through, to help me to identify where you`re strong and not so strong. We`ll then discuss and agree the roadmap to exam day together.

Experience: Having always been strong in maths, I started tutoring my younger cousins whilst studying for my LSE degree in Economics. A colleague`s husband later suggested that I try private tutoring, which he was doing, and since I started in 2010 the bug bit me and it`s the single most satisfying thing I do with my time.

I`ve tutored 10 students so far, all of whom have exceeded their grade expectations. I also cover exam technique and how to manage stress in exam week; and I also use my career experience to provide mentor guidance, if my students ask.

I also tutored my nephews and nieces via Zoom during the pandemic, which was a challenging time.

I have a clear Enhanced DBS certificate, dated September 2023.
